STALL HOLDER PASSES
You will be given two passes. If you have more helpers, please let us know before hand so we can issue them site holder tickets.
PACK DOWN
Sunday 4th October 3 pm - 6.00 pm.
GOODY BAGS
We will be providing the first 160 attendees with a bag to put any brochures, business cards, etc in. Any marketing material will need to be with us 1 week before the event.
WEBSITE ADVERTISING
On this site will be a site holder's page. Please provide a Jpeg file with your logo, your business name and the service you provide (one sentence only). The sooner I get this, the closer to the top of the page it will be shown.
STALL SALES
The stalls will be sold on a first in basis. Please email me your preference and once I give you the confirmation it is still available, pay immediately into the supplied back account to secure your spot.
INVOICES
We will provide you with an invoice for your stall fee, for GST purposes.
