STALL MAP

BDO Renwick Sports and Events Centre, 10 Uxbridge Street, Renwick.

Sunday 20th October 9am - 11am

Sunday 20th October 11am - 4pm

You will be given two passes. If you have more helpers, after 11 am you will need to purchase them a ticket.

Sunday 20th October 4pm - 6pm.

We will be providing the attendees with a bag to put any brochures, business cards etc in. Bring your marketing material on the day, to hand out.

On this site will be a stall holders page.  Please provide a Jpeg file with your logo, your business name and the service you provide (one sentence only). The sooner I get this the closer to the top of the page it will be shown.

The stalls will be sold on a first in basis. Please email me your preference and once I give you the confirmation it is still available, pay immediately into the supplied back account to secure your spot.

We will provide you will an invoice for your stall fee, for GST purposes.

Please like our posts on social media, and copy them to your media platforms to assist with reaching as many potential attendees as possible. 

You are actively encouraged to supply canapés or small bites for a fee to the attendees to show case their catering style and menu options.

Stalls F1 - F6 are designed for complimentary companies to have a stall next to each other (beauty and hair) they are 1m wide each, so will fit a shared 1.8 m trestle table.  

Site O2 has power.  All sites are 5 m x 5m.
